There is a distinct savoury character to the wine, undoubtedly the result of 15% whole bunches in the ferment. It's a positive piece of the jigsaw of the bouquet and palate alike, and lends support to the early drinking of a wine only just hitting medium-bodied territory. The freshness of the mouthfeel is a by-product of modest alcohol.
