Medium to light ruby colour with a trace of purple in the rim, the aroma sappy and cherry/plum-skinsy, with fruit to the fore. It's light-bodied and finishes with a subtle kick of tannin, but the style is more easily accessible young than usual for this maker. Very appealing. (A new district blend, with 25-30% whole bunches)
