Tasting note:  Very bright, golden yellow colour. The intense nose reveals the aromas of tropical fruit, spices, and minerality. The palate is velvety and light, with notes of yellow fruit, melon and liquorice. The texture is smooth, without heaviness, leading into a refreshing finish with overtones of liquorice and pleasant spiciness.
