Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, fermented in French barriques (44% new) from some top shelf coopers. Matured in oak on lees in cool storage for 9 months. It's fresh and energetic on the bouquet and palate with citrus and stone fruit to the fore, the oak a background note but adding a layer of complexity. A stylish sort of wine, and in a good place to enjoy now.
