2019 was an exceptional vintage with ripe balanced quality fruit. Cabernet fruit from northern Eden Valley grown on terra rossa soils produced delicious cassis cabernet characters with the long slow ripening season. Shiraz came from Moculta in Eden valley. This is very classy Eden valley cabernet.
