The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is lovely. It's a leafy, chalky, delicate Cabernet Sauvignon, with very finely milled tannins and layers of red and purple fruit in the mouth. It's hard to choose a favorite character of this wine (between the fruit and the tannins), however it is the tannins that bring it home for me in the end: the cool mineral outlay and the gently chalky grip through the middle palate highlights the fruit and makes this wine what it is.
