Domaine Alain Chavy consists of 17 acres, mainly in Puligny-Montrachet, with small holdings in the neighboring villages of Chassagne and Meursault, creating wines of great subtlety, restraint, structure, complexity and ageworthiness.

Even at this early stage in the wine's development there's a beautiful golden shimmer in the glass, hinting at a wine of great depth and concentration.

The nose offers seductive aromas of dried apricot, pineapple and freshly sliced pear with a faint woody tone and sense of creaminess in the background.

On to the palate and wow! endless layers of exotic stone fruit drift across with a warming cedar and a creamy texture. Where baked apple, intermingled with poached pear, apricot and spice all vie for your attention.
