'Built for bacon' they reckon on their website. I love this stuff. I was working at Teusner when they made the first release of this wine. I think it was 2010 but we drank a fair bit of Coopers Pale so I might be a year or so out. It's plummy, spicy, earthy, leathery and vivid with great energy and that wonderful purple spume that makes me smile every time I pour a glass. We all should be drinking more sparkling shiraz. Really. Drink 2025 to 2038.
